The conditions stipulated below shall apply to all contracts for the sale of goods by Proathletics Ltd. to the buyer.
All goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the buyer to purchase goods pursuant to these conditions.

Product Design :
Proathletics Ltd. reserves the right to change the design and specification of products at any time in accordance with new developments and product improvements.

Prices & Payment :
I. The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, those charged will be the prices ruling at the date of dispatch.
II. All prices are exclusive of Carriage.
III. FOB, C&F and CIF prices are available on request.
IV. All prices are exclusive of VAT, charged at the current rate of ruling.
V. Strictly 30 Days net from date of invoice, on approved accounts only.
VI. Accounts are payable to Proathletics Ltd. 16a Rosebery Industrial Park, Rosebery Avenue, Tottenham, London N17 9SR
or by telegraphic transfer / bankers draft to HSBC Plc, 20 Electric Parade, George Lane, Woodford, London, E18 2LX.
VII. Quotations will be valid for 28 days.

Delivery & Receipt :
I. Delivery of goods shall be made to the buyer’s delivery address on the delivery date.
The buyer shall make arrangements necessary to take delivery of goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
II. Proathletics Ltd. must be notified of any discrepancies immediately upon receipt of goods and within 7 days for non-delivery.

Acceptance :
I. The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods upon signing the delivery note.
II. Claims regarding damaged goods cannot be entertained once the goods have been accepted.
III. Please do not attempt to return any goods until advised to do so by Proathletics Ltd.
     A 15% charge will be levied against all returns that are not of genuine complaint.

Title :
I. Title to goods supplied will not pass until payment has been made in full to Proathletics Ltd.
